What we collect

When you send the contact form, we collect your name, phone number, street and town, and your message. When you call or text, we see your number.

What we use it for

We use it to answer you, to come to the house, and to write your estimate and invoice. We do not sell it. We share it only with a supplier when we order a part or a heater for your job.

How long we keep it

Job records stay as long as the work needs a record, such as a permit or a manufacturer claim. Messages that never became a job are deleted if you ask.

Photos you text us

A photo of your heater goes to the shop phone. We use it to look at the job and we do not post it.
