Install day
From the first call to the first hot shower
Six steps. Each one has a person you can call.
- 01
Step 1: You call, or text a photo of the label.
The label gives us the heater's size, fuel and age. We ask how many people and how many baths, and where the vent runs.
- 02
Step 2: We look at the space.
A plumber comes to see the old heater, the vent, the gas line or the circuit, and the stairs it has to go down.
- 03
Step 3: You get a written price.
It lists the heater, the work, the permit and the haul-away. You say yes, or you don't.
- 04
Step 4: The van arrives.
We put down a drop cloth from the door to the heater and bring the new one in.
- 05
Step 5: Out with the old, in with the new.
We shut off, drain and disconnect. Then new connectors, a new shutoff valve, the vent, the permit and a test.
- 06
Step 6: We show you before we leave.
Where the shutoff is, how to flush, and the date of the next check, written on the heater.
